My new challenge: Listen to every Vinyl I own
Today I have decided that I have too much crap. To prove it to myself I am going to listen to every vinyl I own, from A to Z.
Here are a few rules I will abide by:
1.) I figure I can jump around in the letter I am currently on. Example starting with A I can listen to Aerosmith before Abba.
2.) Listening to an album means listening to at least half of each side of each 12 inch. There are are pretty bad songs on these albums, I can skip a few here and there.
3.) listening out of order is fine but if it is not the current letter it will not be added to the list.
4.) A-Z counts only on Pop/Rock albums. Comedy, World, Jazz ect can be pluged in at anytime and will have there own separate list.
And its starts...
1.) Aerosmith - Greatest Hits
Dream on is a great song. Eminem should not have covered it. Over all Aerosmith is not that solid. Good singles but nothing special. I would give this album 3 stars.
2.) Abba - Greatest Hits
Such Candy. I can say that I have never listened to this album. Like a cheesy version of t he Beach Boys. So Long is pretty solid. This album just sounds like a musical with out the lame dancing. This one gets a 2 on a good day.
